Testing the quality of the voice via SIP phone and the external number

Check the quality of voice for incoming and outgoing call 24/7 with using any SIP phone, connected to the VoIP line OPTIROAM or external phone number.

1. Variant, between OPTIROAM and SIP phone:

Step 1

Login to personal account

click My numbers

click Global Divert

Ringing Scenario Ring all at the same time for, 0 seconds

After ringing timeout divert call to VoiceMail

click Modify

Step 2

click Home

click Settings

click IVR Language

Language select for all voice messages

click Modify

Step 3, with the registered SIP phone call to your number, 0-roam-number

after answering voicemail ivr and signal, speak text

at the end of the click #

for the record click 1

Step 4

click VoiceMail

click Messages

press and listen to the incoming message

2. Variant, between OPTIROAM and SIP phone or external number:

Step 1

click My numbers

click Global Divert

Ringing Scenario Ring all at same time for, 10 seconds (for SIP) from 15 to up 60 (for external landline or mobile numbers)

Ring To Registered VoIP device, mark SIP/roam-number

After ringing timeout divert call to VoiceMail

click Modify

Step 2

click Home

click Settings

click IVR Language

Language select for all voice messages

click Modify

Step 3

click CallBack

click Web CallBack

Your phone number: your 0-roam-number (registered SIP )

or any of your external number

Destination Number: your 0-roam-number

click Place Call

answer the incoming call

after answering voicemail ivr and signal, speak text

at the end of the click #

for the record click 1

Step 4

click VoiceMail

click Messages

press and listen to the incoming message

Testing outgoing voice at the moment "speak text" recording of voice to VoiceMail and further listening.
